On our farm a stone’s throw from the Rospico cove, we produce home-grown spirulina. It is grown in greenhouse ponds, without pesticides or GMOs, and without colourings or preservatives. When the weather is fine (from April to October), the spirulina is harvested, pressed and then dried at low temperature to preserve all its nutrients. It is then packaged in twig sachets.
Spirulina is subject to regular quality controls, on a daily basis in the ponds, and in dried form by an independent laboratory accredited by COFRAC (the French Accreditation Committee).
