Biscuiterie de Pont-Aven specialises in the production of delicious Breton pastries, including the famous galette de Pont-Aven and the famous kouign amann. Housed in a delightful 19th-century mansion, the company has opened its production workshop to visitors. The pastry-makers work under the watchful eyes of onlookers. The tour continues with a tasting session, washed down with a bowl of cider. This is an opportunity to discover the different products made by the biscuit factory, in particular its galettes, palets, madeleines and even our salted butter liquid caramel.
