TRAOU MAD®, the story of a biscuit factory rooted in Pont-Aven for over 100 years!
The Traou Mad® biscuit factory, which literally means ‘good things’ in Breton, was created in Pont-Aven by baker Alexis Le Villain in 1920. Today, the Palets et Galettes de Pont-Aven® have become an icon of the region. Still secretly made with exceptional skill in the Pont-Aven workshop, the recipe has remained unchanged for 100 years. The biscuit factory selects simple, noble ingredients from the heart of its region: ingredients of French origin.
