Drawing on his experience as a sailor on the tuna boats of Concarneau for over 20 years, Jean Burel set up his own canning factory in 1990. Trained as a chef, he developed a range of home-made canned seafood products. Come and discover his expertise: from Breton-style scallops to sardines prepared the old-fashioned way, from barnacles to abalone, from soups to king crab, there are more than 130 references waiting for you.
