The 36 m² apartment is ideal for 2 people and comfortable for 4 (duplex with mezzanine). Downstairs, there is a balcony with a table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, Airfryer, fridge, toaster), a living/dining area with a TV, a sleeping area (140 cm double bed), and a toilet. On the mezzanine, there is another sleeping area (140 cm double bed) and a shower room.
