Family house of 190m² located on a 1750m² plot, perfectly suited for a comfortable stay, entirely oriented towards the ocean. With its spacious design, the villa allows you to enjoy breathtaking sea views from every living area.

On the ground floor, a spacious entrance leads to a large living area, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a lounge opening onto the garden. The terrace is equipped with a family dining table for lunches and dinners, sun loungers, and a barbecue.

This villa comfortably accommodates 8 people, offering 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with two single beds). One bedroom is located on the ground floor, with its own private bathroom and toilet.

The upper floor includes a large mezzanine with a balcony, furnished with armchairs, and a coffee table. This area includes various games and reading material for all ages. It can also be used as a remote working space. A corridor leads to three bedrooms, two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and a third with two single beds. A separate toilet is also available upstairs.

Ideally located right by the water, the property features a small cove with rocks and a beach at the bottom of the garden, perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards.

What we love:
The exceptional view of Concarneau Bay, the Ville Close, and its port. Its waterfront location with a private beach below the property. The spacious terrace, the generous volumes of the house, and the secure property with an electric gate and private parking.

Other remarks:
Household linen is provided free of charge: bedding kits, towels, tea towels. A baby chair and travel crib are available on request. A washing machine, drying rack, and dryer are available in the garage. Beds are made upon arrival.
